ZC Sterling’s ViewPoints Caters to All Aspects of Mortgage Servicing
ZC Sterling’s 12th Annual ViewPoints Client Conference was held
September 25-28, 2005. This year’s conference theme “Taking You to New
Heights” focused on all aspects of mortgage servicing giving clients and
prospects the opportunity to interact with several industry peers on key
mortgage lending and insurance industry topics.

This year’s venue, The Broadmoor Resort & Spa in Colorado Springs,
Colorado, offered elegant meeting facilities, numerous networking
opportunities and the breathtaking beauty of the Colorado mountain range.
The conference was highlighted by a customer service panel presentation
including a representative from J.D. Power & Associates, SunTrust Mortgage,
ranked #1 by J.D. Power & Associates in satisfying customers with home
mortgage servicing and representatives from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Other
topics of the conference included product line breakout sessions with ZC
Sterling leadership, a presentation by Moody’s Investor Service and a panel
discussion with representatives from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Keynote
speaker Chris Carmichael, coach, confidant and advisor to 7 time Tour de
France champion Lance Armstrong, shared the “6 Keys to Unleashing the
Champion Within” yourself and your organization,
