What is the best way to find a job?
Click on the "Search for Jobs" button. You can click on All Posted Jobs under current listings or better define your search under Career Search. The search results page will show you all of the open positions that match your criteria. Click the job titles for a detailed job description.
How do I update my profile if I have already applied to a job?
Under job listings you will see an area called Profile Management. If you click on the "click here" link you will be able to update your profile.
How long after submitting my resume can I expect to hear from ZC Sterling?
Once you register your information is available immediately for the recruiting team to review. A recruiter may contact you if the open position matches your skills and background. Your registration will remain active with us and will be considered for future positions.
Is registering for a job the same as the application?
No. Even though a lot of the content is the same, they are two separate documents.
Do I have to register every time I apply to a new position?
No. Once you have registered for a position all you have to do is attach your already registered profile to that opening.
I have experienced technical difficulties when trying to click on the application link or submitting my application.
