Flexible Spending
You may set aside money on a pre-tax basis to help pay for certain out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.- Health Care - Contribute up to $3,000 annually. Examples of eligible expenses include deductibles and co-pays, coinsurance, prescription drugs, eyeglasses and contact lenses, contact lens solutions and supplies, out-of-pocket dental expenses, and certain over-the-counter medications.
- Dependent Care – Contribute up to $5,000 annually (if married filing a joint income tax return). Examples of eligible expenses include licensed day care center, nursery school, daytime summer camp, and adult day care.

Term Life and AD&D
As a ZC Sterling employee, you receive two times your annual salary in basic life insurance and an additional two times your annual salary in Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) at no cost to you (limits will apply). -
Disability
- Short-Term Disability (STD) STD provides 60% income replacement (up to a maximum of $2,400 per week) if you have an illness or injury that prevents you from working beyond 14 days. As long as you remain disabled, STD will continue for up to 11 weeks.
- Long-Term Disability (LTD) LTD provides 60% income replacement (up to a maximum of $10,000 per month) if your illness or injury keeps you out of work beyond 90 days.

Long-Term Care
Long-Term Care coverage can help protect your assets and financial independence if you or one of your eligible family members can no longer live independently due to illness, injury or the effects of aging. Coverage is available to you, your spouse, parents, and/or grandparents. -
401(k) Plan
ZC Sterling makes it easy for you to save for retirement. When you participate in the 401(k) plan, the company will match your contributions $0.75 for each $1 you contribute up to 8% of your gross income. NOTE: Your contributions to the plan are tax-deferred until withdrawn. You will become vested in your company-matching contributions according to a five-year vesting schedule. Plus, you choose the investment mix that is right for you, and you can make changes to your investments anytime through the Internet. -
529 Plan
Education is important. It’s also expensive. ZC Sterling offers you the opportunity to set aside money on a pretax basis through payroll deduction to help pay for expenses associated with higher education, such as tuition, books, fees, etc. -
Personal Time Off
The key to productive and happy employees is ensuring adequate time off to spend as they wish. Personal Time Off (PTO) may be used for sick, personal, or vacation days. At ZC Sterling, you begin to accrue PTO after 90 days of service. -

All regular full-time employees are eligible for nine paid holidays—two of which are floating holidays. -
